How to troubleshoot ‘The 'Driver' property with value '{BI Connector Driver}' doesn't correspond to an installed ODBC driver’ error when connecting from Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik using BI Connector?

If you are getting the "'Driver' property with value '{BI Connector Driver}' doesn't correspond to an installed ODBC driver error" (as shown in the below screenshot), while working in Tableau/Power BI/Qlik using BI Connector, please refer to the below steps to resolve the issue:  



Troubleshooting Steps:


  •  BI Connector requires 64-bit Windows OS. Please install it on a 64-bit Windows OS machine.

 Note: BI Connector is a 64-bit Driver. 


  • Make sure to configure BI Connector using 64-bit ODBC Data Source Administrator.

  • If you are working in Tableau Desktop or Power BI Desktop, verify if the 64-bit edition of the software is used.
