How to Troubleshoot "You can't schedule refresh for this dataset because the following data sources currently don't support refresh" error in Power BI Gateway? [v 5.x]

When scheduling the refresh of the OBIEE or OAC data via BI Connector, some users get the error message as indicated in the below image:

You can't schedule refresh for this dataset because the following data sources currently don't support refresh

The users can fix the error just by clicking the Discover Data Sources, and can continue setting up the scheduled refresh.
