When you face any issue using the BI Connector, the BI Connector Support team will request you to always provide the log file. The log file will provide the support team with the information needed to efficiently diagnose your problem and help you resolve it.
You can find the log files directory in the directory in which you installed BI Connector. For example, if you installed BI Connector in C:/Program Files/BI Connector, then you would find the log files directory in that directory. Click on the log files directory link and you will see the two BI connector log files : BIConnector.log and BIConnector_cfg.log.
