The steps in this article are applicable for BI Connector v5.18 and above.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Search for ODBC in the Windows, and select the ODBC Data Sources (64-bit). This opens up the 64-bit ODBC console.
  2. Select any DSN setup using the BI Connector driver and click Configure.
Select BI Connector DSN, and click Configure
  3. In the bottom of the window that opens, click on the Gear icon.
Click on the Gear icon at the bottom
  4. In the window that opens, please uncheck the box for Apply OBIEE's default row limits for Reports.
Uncheck the "Apply OBIEE's default row limits for Reports"
  5. Click Ok

Now you can successfully load all the reports rows in Power BI or Tableau.
