From BI Connector v4.10 and above, you can access the following using the shortcuts from the Start menu, without having to open the ODBC Administrator. 

• BI Connector License UI
• BI Connector Advanced Settings

Refer below for the step-by-step instructions for accessing and using the License UI and Advanced Settings from the Start menu.

Access License UI

    You can access the BI Connector License UI from the Start Menu by following the below steps:

1. Click the Start menu.

2. Search "BI Connector License".

3. In the results, you’ll see “BI Connector License” shortcut like below, click the shortcut to open.
   

   
   

   
   

4. Now the BI Connector license window will open. Now you will be able to activate/update the license.
   

Access Advanced Settings

        You can access the BI Connector Advanced Settings from the Start Menu by following the below steps:

1. Click the Start menu.

2. Search “BI Connector Advanced Settings”.

3. In the results, you’ll see “BI Connector Advanced Settings” shortcut like below. Click the shortcut to open.
   
   

4. Now the BI Connector Advanced Settings window will open. Now you will be able to configure the BI Connector settings.
